We hired Mr. Montgomery to handle a civil matter and he did not come through for us. Our case was handed to him on a silver platter. Mr. Montgomery took our case, assured us we would win and he failed us. Since first meeting with him last Fall, not once did he reach out with updates, return our phone calls, or work on our case. We do not recommend this lawyer. He is very busy and takes on too many clients. All the positive reviews we read led us to believe we would finally have some justice. Working with him or lack thereof, has left us frustrated and disheartened.
