Hired Attorney William Montgomery III

He will stop at nothing! He is determined, experienced, dedicated, selfless and definitely the fighter I needed on my side. The law is confusing, scary, and not for the weak but to Mr. Montgomery it is his purpose. It takes a lot of time and effort to accomplish a victory like mine but Mr. Montgomery gave my case all that, and more. 1000% recommend.

Hired Attorney William Montgomery III

Mr. Montgomery represented me on a very delicate and serious list of felony charges. His demeanor in how he engaged the prosecutors and his persistence in finding evidence that supported my innocence proved to be a winning combination. Mr. Montgomery showed that I was innocent before we went to trial and the case dismissed. He understands the different personalities involved and navigates through them to represent the client in a professional and successful manner!! I would recommend him!!

Hired Attorney William Montgomery III

We hired Mr. Montgomery to handle a civil matter and he did not come through for us. Our case was handed to him on a silver platter. Mr. Montgomery took our case, assured us we would win and he failed us. Since first meeting with him last Fall, not once did he reach out with updates, return our phone calls, or work on our case. We do not recommend this lawyer. He is very busy and takes on too many clients. All the positive reviews we read led us to believe we would finally have some justice. Working with him or lack thereof, has left us frustrated and disheartened.
