Brandy Ramsay will not represent you properly or communicate effectively with you about what to expect throughout the process. She is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This firm is more about draining bank accounts than fighting for justice or real custodial needs. Do yourself a solid and find a real firm that will actually represent you the way you'd want to be represented. Best of luck.
I had a similar experience to the person who commented on how rude she was. She's abrasive and unsympathetic. My case did not end well. All communication had to go through her paralegal, she was not easy to get in touch with. I felt like she worked for the other attorney. At one point I was told by her that I wanted reimbursement from the other party and her words to me were.."he said you won't get it". She was referring to the opposing attorney. When all said and done I reached out to other attorneys after dealing with her and it seems as though her reputation precedes her. I was told "in no uncertain terms" that I should go to the bar and they are amazed she's gotten away with it this long. DO NOT USE HER SHE'S AN AWFUL PERSON AND ATTORNEY.
I would not recommend this firm for any reason. Met with mr Sampair over the phone to take over my divorce case. He initially agreed to flat fee plus filing fees. No sooner after this did the fees started piling up, including fees for various emails supposedly containing document attachments and did not copy include them purposely to bill for additional email. Basically lied about the fees. Did not do much but to answer a response and a few emails for almost 4500 dollars. Reduced after complaint to AZ bar assn
he has very little communication skills, he has very little knowledge of divorce law in AZ. ,i was told wrong about amount of child support i was entitled to get from my ex-wife patrick did not know how to calculate my wife having a comp. car no payment no gas or ins. to pay for as part of her salary.did not know how to handle my inheritance , so i lost most to her even though she walked out on me and kids. a ton more. spoke to 2 other lawyers later found out i was way over charged for what he did
