Hiring Todd was a great decision! My case was not a cake walk for him, I was a father of 3 going thru a complicated divorce during Covid-19. I had a lot of divorce questions in general and Covid made things more difficult to move thru the legal system (took an additional 7 months to complete my divorce), despite that he adapted and never missed a beat. Todd used facts and his extensive experience to explain to me possible outcomes at every stage, both good and bad. I was very disappointed with the level of service that I received from Mr. Todd Mohink. I hired Mr. Mohink for a flat fee to represent me as the plaintiff. After he was hired, there was an attempt to have me work with one of his less experienced associates. I was not comfortable with that and insisted that Mr. Mohink himself represent me since he has more experience. After that he asked me if I could pay more. I denied. After that there was very limited communication between he and I. Several unreturned emails and phone calls ensued. We met in person 30 minutes before the hearing to review the case. In my opinion he was not prepared because there was not enough attention given to detail and not enough dialog between he and I so that he could know enough about the merits of the case to be successful. I would not recommend Mr. Todd Mohink.
