Founding attorney Todd K. Mohink has more than 20 years of legal experience. He and his associate attorneys represent individuals and families in Maryland with issues as diverse as DUI/DWI, robbery and burglary, divorce, child custody and child support, and car accidents. Because we practice in multiple areas of law, we can take complex cases involving more than one legal issue.

Hired Attorney Todd K. Mohink

Todd is the absolute BEST, and I could never thank him and his staff enough. At a time when you're fighting for your life, you need to know that you're in experienced and capable hands. Listen to me clearly, the court system is not always fair. You need someone who understands this, knows the law, Maryland’s court system, and has experience navigating all its woes. Todd is THE Attorney for that job!! He helped me through the toughest time of my life. My family and I were up against insurmountable odds but thankfully we found Todd. Prior to hiring Todd, I had just suffered a devastating loss in court with another attorney who admittedly could not manage my custody case. When doing my research on who was the best attorney to take my case in Howard County, Maryland, Todd’s name kept coming up. Hiring Todd was a great decision! My case was not a cake walk for him, I was a father of 3 going thru a complicated divorce during Covid-19. I had a lot of divorce questions in general and Covid made things more difficult to move thru the legal system (took an additional 7 months to complete my divorce), despite that he adapted and never missed a beat. Todd used facts and his extensive experience to explain to me possible outcomes at every stage, both good and bad. He did not lie or say things to make me feel good, he said things that made me feel confident I had hired the right person. While you cannot control the outcome of a court decision I am convinced Todd is 1000% the reason I am very satisfied with my outcome; he exceeded my expectations. The support Stacy provided Todd by making sure I had all the needed paperwork and court dates was extremely appreciated. I cannot say thank you enough or express enough gratitude for what Todd did for me and my children. Thank you Todd!

Mr. Mohink worked extremely hard to get me and my children the absolute best desired outcome in my family law case. He made me feel comfortable and was informative every step of the way. Every minute we spent together was used to address the needs of me and my children and he did not waste any time in handling manners. I went to court with Todd Mohink in September 2017, and I know that I went in with the best lawyer available. I was potentially facing jail time, but Mr. Mohink worked to get the case against me dismissed. Were I to ever again need an attorney's services, I wouldn't go anywhere else in the world. His staff is very friendly, responsive, and professional, and Mr. Mohink is clearly at the top of his game. His knowledge of the law and willingness to fight for his clients set him apart.

Mr. Mohink represented me on 2/14/17. I must admit, if I ever go to court again, he is the lawyer I'm calling. Very upfront, quick responses to phone calls and emails. I rate him 100 out of 100. He works with you as far as payments, definitely an A+ attorney and I would refer him to anyone. Trust me, you can't go wrong with Mr. Mohink, you got a very satisfied client here.

Hired Attorney Todd K. Mohink

I wouldn't go to court without Todd and his team. His knowledge of th law gave allowed me to relax even with the charges against me. Mr mohink and his staff have represented me in both family and criminal cases. They where great I got better outcomes than other lawyers said I would get. They kept me informed and were available evenings weekends an holidays to answer my questions. Hopefully I won't need a lawyer again however if I do I know who will have my best interest. Mr. Mohink was retained to assist with obtaining a protective order and divorce. He showed genuine concern for the safety and wellbeing of myself and children. He was very accomodating with scheduling late appointments around my work schedule and was always available by phone or email to answer questions. He was successful in obtaining a contested protective order and a favorable settlement in a contested divorce. I've referred my friends to him and will use him for any future legal needs.
