Hired Law Firm

Our attorney did NOT send key evidence to opposing counsel (even though we were charged for it, which makes this worse). When we got to court she went to present the evidence, Opposing Counsel objected, and the judge sustained. Our lawyer froze and didn't even ask me a single question about that evidence, even though the judge told her that she could still talk about the evidence she just couldn't submit it. The firm partner refused to take my call when I wanted to provide polite feedback
