Hired Attorney Gail Horner

I hired Ms. Horner for two separate cases. Ms. Horner seemed competent and prepared when I hired her but refused any communication outside of court. I never received return calls when I contacted her office, and she was extremely unprepared to argue my case in court. At one hearing, she arrived late and did not even know what we were in court for! I would not recommend her to anyone.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
