Martin Taylor...what a blessing you are!! I been fighting a speeding ticket which eventually got my license suspended due to a miss court date and needed a lawyer for a fta removal. Other lawyers were kinda high but I called Martin Taylor and from Day 1 he was my ANGEL IN DISGUISE!! HE GOT my situation straighten out in a timely manner and thank God without and points. Martin Taylor was quick to serve. He got my ticket down to 9 over the speed limit from 42 over the speed limit. His prices were decently priced. After going to the courthouse he sent me a letter of all of the things to do before my court date. The instructions were plan, clear and easy to understand. If I was to get another ticket, which I hope that I don't, I would definitely use him again.
Mr. Taylor FAR exceeded my expectations when handling my daughters ticket for running a red light. Not only was the outcome very positive, he returned a portion of her money! He was very precise on the phone, telling her exactly what he needed from her to handle her case. This was very important as she is only 19 and just starting to handle things on her own. On May 14, 2018, I contacted Mr. Martin Taylor concerning a speeding citation I received on April 25, 2018. Mr. Taylor listened to the information that I gave to him and he advised me of the things I needed to do before I visited his office later the same day. The speeding citation would have placed points on my driver's license as well as my auto insurance. Well later on the same afternoon I visited Mr. Taylor's office he said he saw no problem in having the charges reduced. Reduced they were.
I received a speeding ticket which would add points to my license and raise my insurance. Mr. Taylor was quick with helping me right away and was able to get me out of the ticket, I had no prior tickets or any sort of violations of any kind on my records in 16yrs. This was very helpful to my husband and I, so our insurance wouldn’t go up! Mr. Taylor was very easy to work with and efficiently helped us out! He has a great reputation in Gaston County, I was referred to him by many.
When I called Mr Taylor's office I was surprised and pleased that he actually answered the phone himself and dealt directly with you and not a receptionist. He was very patient and detailed about what he needed from me and the insurance company. He was very straightforward about my options and if he could help or not and I appreciated that. Not only was I surprised but also very happy when I got the news that my case was dismissed!! I'm so glad that I chose him! I highly recommend him!

He is reliable and honest. Tells you your options before he does anything. Is patient kind and he cares about his clients. Very nice attorney and does everything himself to assure accuracy. The best traffic lawyer in Gaston County, I assure you. Im 46 and have lived in Gaston County my entore life. He has done numerous things including a seatbelt violation, and several speeding tickets for my husband and daughter. We will continue to use him for any future needs!
I cant say enough about Martin Taylor. First off, when I call him, he ANSWERS. Not some receptionist or assistant. Hes very straightforward and doesn't sell unicorns pooping rainbows. He tells you all the options that might happen and what to expect ahead of time. I should have hired him in the beginning, instead of having to deal with a different attorney that I had to fire. He is EXCELLENT and I strongly recommend him to anyone!
