I have NEVER had to obtain a lawyer for anything, but unfortunately there was a first time. If I could give Jonathan a 20 star rating, I would. When I initially contacted him, he was just a name. Boy, did I luck out! First, his communication skills are exemplary. He ALWAYS responds as promptly as possible. He has a calming manner and explains every aspect in a concise and clear way. He lifted this immense burden from my shoulders in dealing with an antagonistic insurance company. I instinctively knews that I was in very capable hands. His level of compassion is off the charts!
