Kenneth Kirschenum, his cohorts and Wayne Wahrsager are all a bunch of crooks. Wayne is an identity thief who forges his unwitting clients signatures onto years long contracts with New York merchants protective company, and a bunch of other companies he uses to jump around to avoid all the people he has victimized by forging their signatures. This law firm knows all about it and plays stupid as if they haven't been told dozens and dozens of times that Wayne Wahrsager forges signatures. These lawyers are criminals and belong behind bars. They know very well with Wayne is doing and they are his accomplices. This law firm is the baseball bat Wayne uses to beat his victims over the head after forging their signatures. These lawyers are well aware of it. My name is Serge Kannon and I'm very easy to find. I have gathered enough people for a class action lawsuit against Wayne and Kenneth and I am hoping local das get involved with criminal charges for both.
Called the offices of Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum and was given appointment to see One of their lawyers re issue with health insurance company. Found 2 lawyers totally incompetent and clueless.Pls don’t waste time and money dealing with this law firm especially re healthcare law. They don’t have the expertise to deal with anything complicated and will misguide you to waste time and make more money out of you.
