Maria Glinsmann is a very intelligent immigration lawyer, I found her through google search and I am so glad that I have found her. I hired her as my immigration attorney for the Removal of Condition and the Naturalization. Due to her excellent knowledge of immigration law I became a U.S. citizen, she advised to file for the removal of condition the 1751 application and when it is time to apply for naturalization, she would file for the N400 even though the 1751 was not determined yet by the USCIS, so after 9 months from filing the N400 i was invited for the interview for both applications and i had the immigration test on the same day, i passed the exam and I became an American citizen. During my entire immigration process, Maria and her awesome team Ana, Juan, and Karla, are highly professional, very meticulous and caring. My family and lare extremely grateful to have her as my attorney. is truly the Best Immigration lawyer and a wonderful person. I highly recommend her.

After I proposed to my American girlfriend on holiday from the UK, with almost no knowledge of immigration law, we sought out an attorney who could guide us through the specifics of how to apply to immigrate to get married. In a free consultation that spilled over to twice its advertised length, he gave clear, unambiguous advice to get married before I left, and, when I had returned to Britain, talked us through all the difficulties we could expect and how we might overcome them. He shepherded us through the labyrinthine official proceedings, collated documents of supporting evidence of a real relationship - generally all the stuff necessary to stop us from having a nervous breakdown (helping us deal with a few curveballs like having the passport that contained my long-sought visa obscured by the rain), both during my initial entry to the US and, two years later, when seeking to convert my conditional permanent residency to actual permanent residency. Really nice guy. Really knows law.

She walked us through a hardship waiver, through an admission bar waiver, helped collect all of the neccessary paperwork, and submitted the package on our behalf.
