"In my opinion divorce is one of the lowest points in one's life, much like death. Faced with divorce, emotions are heightened, there is anger, resentment and the list goes on and one loses the ability to think clearly and rationally. The wrong attorney uses these emotions and feeds it to build billable hours. The wrong attorney promises things that most often they know they can't deliver, again, just to build billable hours. At the end of last October my marriage started to unravel and suddenly within one weeks it came to an end. I was faced with having to hire an attorney. I had the good fortune to meet with Mr. Pearlstein. He was and is amazing. He listened to me attentively, he never gave me false promises. What I really appreciated was that he did not take the position of let's fry the other side, and let's do this and that. As we worked together I began to realize just how fortunate I was. He knew exactly how to calm me down, how to communicate with the other side.
Brian Pearlstein earned my highest possible recommendation by clearly out-performing the stellar reputation that preceded him. He was nothing short of spectacular from every aspect imaginable. The whole matter was handled with the utmost class, professionalism and sensitivity. Brian devised a comprehensive winning strategy, was always very well prepared, and executed flawlessly. This all resulted in a tremendous outcome for my children and me, while minimizing billing throughout!
I engaged Brian Pearlstein for a lengthy, contentious divorce. Brian is a big-picture person. He knows when to yield lesser points and where to dig in and stand firm. He was direct and honest about what was or wasn’t worth contesting. He was able to juggle lots of variables and spot the right time to do a deal. He also did whatever he could to contain costs at every step of the way. Brian Pearlstein is experienced and effective, and I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate.
Brian Pearlstein represented me through a painful, complicated divorce that included custody & complex finances. He helped me define goals to navigate the divorce & stabilize and build the next part of my life. He tirelessly advocated for what I deserved. He obtained excellent results through negotiation & litigation, protected my children's & my financial future. It was very comforting to have Mr. Pearlstein & team on my side. His commitment is stellar. Unparalleled representation.
I used Mr. Pearlstein for both my divorce and subsequent modification of child support six years later. In both cases he did an excellent job and achieved results beyond my expectations. He is the consummate professional. I always believed that with him representing me, my best interests as well as those of my children were protected. He never stopped fighting for me. Mr. Pearlstein is simply the most knowledgeable, hard working, professional, trustworthy divorce lawyer out there.
