I actually worked withe William E. Carlan out of Mr. Hastys farm. I Have to say that when I need answer he got them for me. I am a single mom of 3 an did not have the time to play the case game withe workers composition. He, William E. Carlan. Made sure that I didnt.

I needed an experienced law firm to represent me after a car wreck where I was the victim..I talked with Mr Pope and he assigned me to Dustin Davies..Dustin was magnificent in his service which included the trial. He was well prepared and did an excellent job in the courtroom. He secured a verdict where the other parties were in the wrong..I would not hesitate to use Mr Popes firm again and recommend them definitely. Mr Pope did a stellar job in orchestrating my legal team

Hasty Pope LLP is a professional firm that cares about their clients as if they are family. I would not have been able to do this by myself. I feel extremely fortunate and blessed to have Tom Pope and his paralegal Rhonda Newton in my corner from the start of my case to the end. They did a great job helping me understand medical and legal matters. I highly recommend Hasty Pope, LLP to anyone who has been in an automobile collision, especially a tractor trailer collision.

I hired this firm to take care of a horrific accident I was in. Not my fault. I was told the at fault would be paying all my medical bills. I got a small cash settlement from his insurance which I need for living expenses. I cannot work drive or walk. Mr Davies then told me the small cash settlement would have to be applied to my medical bills. How in the world is this right? My insurance health has picked up the majority of my bills but there’s plenty that are about to be in collection. This was terrible communication. I’m not satisfied amd will try to find counsel that can help me

MOTHER-IN-LAW EMBEZZLED NOTHING DONE. MOTHER-IN-LAW BANK FRAUD NOTHING DONE. NEGLECT CHARGES OVER 22,000. THOUSANDS OTHER CHARGES. MY HOME TAKEN BY SOME THAT NEVER WORKED. MY CARS SIGNED OVER TO FAMILY. GRAND THEFT AUTO 3 COUNTS. THERE IS A FEDERAL INVESTAGATION OF MANY IN CHEROKEE AND PICKENS COUNTIES.
