We used Candice to review and modify child visitation. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She knows the law in great detail and provided information that was helpful in making some very important decisions. She always made it about what was fair for the child and didn't resort to Petty character assassinations which so many lawyers are quick to do. The outcome was very favorable and I would highly recommend her.

Hired in November of 2020. Her work is riddled with mistakes and oversights, so prepare to spend many hours proof reading her work. Does not advocate for client and will put her vacation ahead of your case, refusing to submit an allowed rebuttal because "I think the judge already is made up his mind." Incredibly rude over email and her poor reading comprehension means you'll often be asking the same question many times before receiving anything that resembles an answer to it. No understanding of basic facts of the case, no matter how many times things are communicated (will mix up family relations, witness names, addresses, timelines). Will fail to submit important evidence to the court that was provided to and available to her since before your first response to discovery, leading to it not being able to be entered and costing you thousands of dollars on top of what you are already paying her.
Dealing with this lawyer was by far the most difficult thing to go through in my life. The stress Candice caused me horrendous. I found it hard to make enough money to afford this law firm. She was trying to make me pay my wife 1000 dollar in child support. Which I'd rather pay my children than pay another lawyer. She thought I could afford my bills and on top of that my wifes bills. That would put me negative 2k each month. How the hell does that make since. Also she was forcing my wife to keep me from seeing the kids unless I got mental health therapy and if you knew me that causes more pain than anything. Candice might be a nice lady outside of work but as a lawyer she was so rude and hateful.
Her business operation is all about running up your bill not about helping her clients. If you choose this attorney WATCH YOUR BILL.
