Through what I knew was not going to be an easy change in custody situation, since my ex continued to throw high conflict into the mix, Candace expertly and compassionately worked to get the best possible outcome for my daughter. I used Candace in my divorce. She has been practicing for a long time. She was responsive and typically contacted me back the same day. Candace was extremely organized for mediation, she even prepared a mediation summary. She does this personally and prepared me for mediation in advance. I felt secure, I felt like I was in good hands. Even the mediator praised Candace for being so organized and commenting on how she was the best lawyer the mediator had worked with. My case settled, she was reasonable, and I got a refund. I saw another review about Candace charging clients, she is not all about the money, she gave me a discount for being a teacher and then give me a discount because my dad paid my retainer and he is a veteran. Plus I got money back. I think this person was fake and posted anonymously because she knows her stuff.

Candace Williams is the best lawyer around. She is knowledgeable, personable and she gets the job done. Candace handle a modification for me last year. The other attorney was very unreachable and difficult to communicate with. Candace did not let my case sit without any action. she set the deadlines, she did discovery, she scheduled mediation, and luckily we settled without having to go to court. Be careful who you pick. Make sure your attorney is responsive, and available. There’s so many out there they’re just practicing and doing whatever they want without a regard for human beings.
