I hired Folland Law Group to represent me in a DVRO case in March 2021. I agreed to hire Brian Folland to represent me and paid $4,000 flat fee in April for my case. A day before my hearing, he suddenly let me know that he would not be representing me, but he would be sending in a substitute. I was really concerned about this, as I had hired Brian to represent me, but there was nothing I could do. New lawyer was unprepared, didn't present any of the evidence that I had shared with their team, and let my abuser be on the stand continuing his abuse and my protection order was not extended. After the case, I spoke with Brian and He said that because he felt bad, he would re-bill me for an hourly rate and refund me the difference from the flat fee.. Brian let me know that he would re-bill me in the next 2 weeks and we'd be in touch. Despite multiple calls and emails to Brian he has not responded to me at all over the last two months. Apparently he's changed his mind.
Please please people out there check the review before hired this lawyer service. I hired him in September 2019 for a real estate issue pay him 4000 thousand dollars he didn’t do nothing on my case now I’m gonna loose my property to trust in him,when I canceled in January and asked for a refund he text me saying he over spend my 4000 thousand in my case No proofs of nothing not even a invoice splaining where my money when.this man only robbed people who is in need of legal help take an advantage of people I have a complaint open with the California bar association will see what huppend,but if I’m not recuperate my money I want to alert people out there check this person he have 30 complaints and he is been investigated for people abuse robbed their money like he did to me
