We really couldn’t ask for better attorneys! Rich Lomurro was referred to us in 2018 after my husband was injured in a bad car accident. A dump truck crashed into him on the NJ turnpike, which resulted in severe neck and back herniations and multiple surgeries. Rich was there for us every step of the way, from referring us to trusted doctors, to checking in on his health and wellbeing and eventually settling our lawsuit for top dollar. Rich, Erik & team went above and beyond to present our case. They spent countless hours speaking with doctors, interviewing friends and family, researching dump truck safety measures, etc. They even created a documentary style video, which highlighted how this accident impacted our lives and what the truck driver/company could have done to prevent it from happening in the first place. Rich and the entire staff at Lomurro Law were a pleasure to work with and felt more like friends than our attorneys. I wouldn’t think twice before hiring them again.

Rich and his team are definitely the people you want in your corner if you have found yourself in a position where you need a lawyer. I was in an accident 2018 which did not settle until April of 2023 (not due to any reasons on our end or my lawyers end) Rich was not only on top of our case day in and day out, but a crucial support system for myself and my family at the time. He constantly checked in, followed up after doctor visits with myself and my doctors. He also kept me in the loop every step of the way and reassured me he had this handled and almost 5 years later he did just that. Rich kept his word and did what he said he was going to do he settled my case to its fairest value and some. Rich makes you feel like you are his only client and not only do I value him as an amazing lawyer but a life time friend.

My experience with Lomurro law could not have been better. While I wish I never had to call on them, they took a stressful situation and made it as simple as possible for me. I dealt with a broken leg from a slip and fall in the summer of 2022. I was out of work for several months while recuperating. Rich and his team were recommended to me by a friend who practiced law and said “These are the guys I would use if it happened to me.” It’s not hard to see why. Instead, it felt like I was dealing with friends I had known for my entire life. Don’t believe the usual tropes about lawyers— you won’t find that here! You might with some of those guys on the billboards, but not with Lomurro Law. They fought hard for me and I always felt like they had my best interest in mind.
