I paid Price $30k just to have him show up as unprepared as if he'd never met me. He did not use any of the evidence that I provided, did not provide a modicum of defense, and allowed me to be sent to prison for a crime that never happened. His courtroom behavior was that of someone in the pocket of the DA. I could not imagine a worse attorney.
We hired this lawyer for my husband. We paid $5000.00. I would not recommend his services. Knowing we are traveling from New York Mr. Koch decided he would let my husband know at 8:30am (hearing was scheduled for 9am) that we in fact were not schedule for that day. very unprofessional. Also been waiting over a month now for information on how we go about picking up belongings that we're taken (cell phone, car keys, etc.) during the arrest. He still hasnt given us any update. Waste of money.
