The Collins Firm is a law firm with an office in Frederick, MD. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing estate planning; estate administration, trusts and estates, wills and 1 other area of law.
Our attorney, Tara Schiller, was proficient, professional and pleasant, as was her supporting staff. For a very reasonable fee we received a trust, wills, medical directives, instructions, and other items that I can’t remember the names of. We met in person twice and there were quite a few phone conversations while things were being prepared. The Collins Firm had our house put in our trust and gave detailed instructions on how to get everything else taken care of. In short, my wife and I are very happy. We should have done this years ago. When we go to be with our dogs in heaven, it will be quick and easy getting our estate settled.
The Collins Firm set up our revocable trust, wills and medical instructions. They put our house, bank accounts and other assets into the trust. We are delighted this was done to avoid the expense and delays of probate. We recommend using the firm.
