In November 2021 I had my interview with the immigration, my interview was a horrible experience, during the interview the officer said that he believed I committed fraud on my visa application back in my country and because of that I wasn’t eligible for the green card, me and my husband explained to the officer that I never committed fraud on my visa application and tried to explain to him every point he was making against us, even though we had an answer for every question he was making he was not happy about it, he wanted us to admit that I committed fraud, after almost 2 hours inside that room going back and fourth with the officer on arguments me and my husband gave up and we decided to agree to the officer and just leave the interview, after 2 months I got a RFE where the immigration was asking me to file a I-601 form, my whole world fell apart with that letter, filling this I-601 was everything I did not want to do.
