When a case becomes lower priority, they can become less responsive, but you just have to keep at them and give them a call when it's important.
They make you feel like they care about you and your situation. In the end all you are is a paycheck. There were a lot of ….not promises, but conversations that led me to believe the outcome of my case would be completely different that what actually happened. When you don’t get the outcome you expect,VS will say it’s not their fault because every case is different. My case was criminal case. I did everything asked of me and went above and beyond what was asked by VS and the court In the end none of it mattered. I have lost everything I Have no rights as a citizen, can’t work, license is suspended for 6 months, have to get SR22..if you have an extra $30,000 to spend then use VS. if not then I’d look elsewhere. They are a good firm,but fell way short of my expectations. My attorney is top notch in her field,which wasn’t what my cases were about She was also a very good actress.Pretending to care,I’m not naive,she fooled me.Atleast she has a future in Hollywood if lawyer doesn’t workout
