I cannot stress enough how horrendous my experience with Keith Morris III has been. From the very beginning, it was evident that he lacked the necessary care and professionalism expected from a legal representative. My family and I were left utterly disappointed and frustrated by his actions, or rather, lack thereof. My sister made the unfortunate decision to enlist Keith's services following our father's passing, with the expectation that he would safeguard her interests. However, instead of providing the support and guidance we desperately needed, Keith took a hefty retainer fee of $2,500 and claimed to have sent a letter on our behalf. Yet, when pressed for details about the letter, he was unable to provide any information regarding its content or recipients. His response was defensive and dismissive, leaving us feeling unheard and neglected. To add insult to injury, his own assistant informed us that our case had been stagnant for months, with no progress or action taken.
Awful! This law firm does not care about their clients. They have no integrity or professionalism. After over 30,000 dollars and a year later they have done nothing with my case and do not seem interested in helping me get my inheritance. After spending this amount of money and nothing happening I cannot even go to another firm.
The attorneys in this small firm do not communicate with one another, let alone with their client. They may be fine when drafting simple, form estate planning documents. But when the client passes and they have to advise on those documents and handling an estate, find new counsel. The advice was late, canned and, in some cases, incompetent.
