The next time you need an attorney, don’t call Herrman And Herrman. You will start off with one attorney then get passed around to several different attorneys. No one is really familiar with your case because nobody’s working on the case then some new attorney comes in and tries to resolve the year and a half old case quickly without any extra effort and of course the Attorney wins they get 40% and you leave with 15% of the settlement and that’s how they put themselves first.

I hired them 3 days after my injury to secure the videos of my injury and protect my interests in my personal injury claim. 4 months later on 9/11/20 they terminated our atty/client relationship. One week later on 9/18/20 they sent a letter to the defendant in my lawsuit fraudulently claiming they represented me, soliciting information from the owner and encouraging him to call herman&herman. They did absolutely nothing with my case till AFTER they fired me as a client! I contacted the para legal, the lawyer and the owner of the firm. But i still haven't received any answers. So all i can do is explain to the public my experience with herman&herman. And encourage anyone that ever received a termination letter from herman&herman to check and see if their case was settled behind their back.

Hired Law Firm

Total lack of communication! Did not EVER return my calls. After 2 months of retaining them, I had requested my medical records, obtained photographs,and gathered witness statements. They did NOTHING! The para-legal they assigned to my case is a joke at best. He lied to me and he lied to the firm. When I was told by him that they couldn't do anything more, I took over and got my own medical settlement! His actions cost me a liabilty settlement that I know could have been negotiated by an atty
