Shilts & Setlak, LLC was founded in 2005, when Attorney Perry Shilts determined that he would break from the large firm in which he was a partner and start his own firm that would exclusively focus on family law. Perry wanted to offer family services in a manner that only a boutique firm can. He believed then, as he does now, that family law cases are best resolved by carefully crafted settlement agreements. Attorney Mike Setlak joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner of the firm in 2015. The corporate structure was adopted in 2016. Each new addition to the firm joined in Perry’s dedication to provide quality representation in all your family law matters, while never forgetting that a family’s future is at the heart of all family law settlements or litigation.
