We finally received the best lawyer but at first we were passed off to two different lawyers without being told and the admin took our money we put as a down payment. Luckily the firm was able to prove we paid and they honored it.
he doesn't call back, he waited till a month before the hearing to contact all my doctors even though he was in my service for more than a year
Very comfortable to talk to. Seems like their ability to work on my case is extremely good. On the negative side, they have not kept in contact with me about how my case is coming along.
I do not feel like they care about me at all. I call, but they do not return any of my calls.
Very poor communication and lack of responsiveness. He does not return phone calls nor does he follow through with his responsibilities. My husband and I filed chapter 13 and we needed his legal advice and help putting our long road of becoming debt free in his hands and he could have cared less about us. As many times as I called and left messages and sent emails he shouldn't have forgotten who we were or our case.Bottom line he did nothing to help us therefore we had to seek another attorney.
Wouldn't give me a chance, said they would call me back and never did,I didn't get to talk to the lawyer just the assistant, I had to call them and find out that they decided they were not gonna help me with my case, do not recommend!!!!!
