I found Jursinski & Murphy to be very helpful, knowledgeable and fair. It was a pleasure to deal with this law firm. I was involved in a dispute with my HOA that was unbending until I mentioned that I retained Jursinski & Murphy. After that, the issue was expeditiously resolved.

Hired Attorney

Mark took on a case I had with a contractor and Company that wasn't moving our project along. Mark was very meticulous and very calculating. He has reached out to the contractor, and let him know in no unusual terms, what is expected of him and his obligation to the sign agreement to complete our home.

Attorney Wagner made the process of recovering my money easy to understand and worked tirelessly to make it happen. He was very communicative, by email and phone.
