Our mission is to provide proven Real Estate Law and Estate Planning Strategies throughout SW FL, whether these scenarios involve real estate transactions, title insurance, real estate disputes, estate planning or probate.

We also provide representation in business transactions and property tax appeals. The firm consists of Attorney Hagen, Associate Attorney Lisa Curia George and 4 staff members, each of whom has a particular practice focus.

Our south Fort Myers office is very convenient to Cape Coral via the midpoint or south bridges, just off Summerlin near Boy Scout Road.

Regretfully, I was unable to resolve this complaint because the client would not discuss it or the basis of it with me. We take such comments seriously and always make a diligent effort to resolve these rare instances of client dissatisfaction.
