Donna is extremely unprofessional, does not listen to her clients wishes, feels the need to down her client’s by yelling at them cursing at them and is just extremely disrespectful. She does not respect her client’s wishes nor does she have a professional mannerisms to those families she represents 0 out of 10 reco
Poor experience hiring Adam Fried. Complete waste of money. He talked a big game in the beginning to get us to hire him, and delivered nothing. He did not represent our interests and worked out a deal with the other attorney who works in the same building as him. He knew how to run the clock to generate his fees and handed the case off to a junior attorney. Absolutely no results from hiring him, other than wasting thousand of dollars. The probate world is a tight knit community of attorneys working together to do favors for one another. If you have a serious case, hire someone who does not know the other attorney personally. I should have reported him to the state bar as he breached his duty to represent his clients interests.
I FELT THAT MR. WEISS WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE OTHER PARTY. HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND OUR SIDE OF THE SITUATION. ALSO, BY CERTAIN STATEMENTS I FELT HE DID NOT BELIEVE WHAT WE SAID. IT WAS A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I DID NOT FEEL HE REPRESENTED US FAIRLY.
