John Tucker and his staff were steadfast throughout a very long battle with the VA, and never wavered, even when chances for a payday for them looked slim, until the my claims were proven and I received full benefits. First, I have to explain how lucky I was to have accidentally come across TLG. I was dealing with the unfairness and unethical protocol with the Veterans Administration. Apologies for not remembering my 1st associate, but she kicked a**. The entire team went after the V.A. like pitbulls. Dan is my attorney. This is not a situation where you pay an attorney and sit back and wait. You have to participate. I had to an $80,000 debt hanging over my head. My attorney was trying to get a waiver on the debt. He is also trying to get my disabilities service connected. You have to pay attention to your attorney. Read the all the documents that get uploaded to the portal thoroughly. Complete the forms they tell you to quickly and thoroughly. Don't cancel exams and make it to all your exams. Do what's your attorney tells you to do. You have to be pro-active. You are the most important participant. Communicate with your attorney. Ask questions and choice your concerns. You must do all these things. My wife was convinced I would never get a waiver on my $80k debt,...but I did. I'm extremely happy with the Tucker firm and my attorney Dan.
