Very transparent - I hired Mr. Craig Thrift to help me with a credit card debt settlement case. Mr. Thrift did exactly what he said he would do and helped me settle the debt for a realistic, reasonable amount. He helped me avoid going to court and he kept me informed throughout the whole process via emails and phone calls. He is very encouraging and knowledgeable. Craig came in to our dealership and got everything put on paper and well done for our customers and employees and manufacturers. He knows his stuff about RV dealerships and how they work and how we really make money and protect our staff. I told him I would write a review if he did everything he said he woud. Mr. Thrift’s professional, thorough, and a hard worker. We made an unexpected trip to the hospital. The hospital tried to bill us a ridiculous amount of money even though we had insurance. They even threatened to take us to collections if we didn't pay. After multiple tries to resolve it, we contacted Mr. Thrift. He assured us that he would handle it. Within 48 hours, the hospital's billing deptartment contacted us stating we no longer owed them any money and apologized for any inconvenience.
