I spoke to the firm 2 times and was told an attorney would get back to me both times . They never called back

I hired this firm to assist me with obtaining a refund from my HOA on something that is the HOAs responsibility. I provided A LOT of information on how and why the HOA lawyer didn't know what he was talking about, he responded as I said he would, and I was told the case was closed. They took my $500 and left me with nothing, except I was told they fulfilled their obligation per the contract. HA!! They just took my money and wouldn't go any further. I was told not to contact them again.

You spoke to our managing partner Mauri Peyton. He explained that we offered you a flat rate fee for a demand letter. The letter was sent and the association responded. You asked for additional work which requires a new engagement. Please call us.
