Busald Funk Zevely PSC is a law firm established in 1974 with an office in Florence, KY. At this office location, there are 8 lawyers practicing catastrophic injury, automobile accidents, personal injury and 23 other areas of law.
Feels more like the Good Ol Boys club than people actually trying to win a case. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience. I’m out thousands of dollars and the case never moved an inch. Take my advice and seek other council.
Had Jonathan Hart representing me and did not at any time feel like he was taking it serious or using his time effectively. I wasted thousands of dollars for him to only accomplish rudimentary things involving my case that freshmen lawyers right out of law school could have done. I feel like I got things moving along easier with my case with my ZERO years of experience than he did. He talks a big game but at the end of the day falls short when actually accomplishing anything. He’ll nickel and dime you to death all while making you feel like things are going great and before you realize it you’ve spent thousands with no results and it’s too late. If you’re considering him I highly recommend going to someone else.
I hired Mr. Zevely to represent my son. He never talked to us, ignore us in the court room, and even walked away while I was trying to talk to him. He charged me $2,500.00 for a simple misdemeanor case that should have been dismissed, bet he gave no effort. He also talked down to us in a degrading way.
