Alex is great to work with. He will fight for you, and it does not matter who is representing the other side. He made it clear to us what our rights are under law and directed us through the process. He negotiated the settlement well, and have gone to bat for us several times. I highly recommend him. Well worth the money!

I was referred to Paykin Law by a lawyer subscription service thru my business. I find Mr. Paykin and staff to be expeditious and knowledgeable. They followed thru promptly and precisely as need with necessary filings. The kept we informed at all times, and reassured me in times of doubts. I will certainly use Paykin Law Office foremost for any legal matter. My legal case was concluded successfully against a negligent neighbor harboring an invasive plant species that were spreading into my yard. I was not sure what action will force them to take remedial action. Mr Paykin arbitration exacted a payout for damages and enforced remedial action as well.

Alex has been my lawyer for many years and has done an excellent job while both fighting FOR me and also PROTECTING my interests. The thing that impressed me most about him was nothing is ever "sugar coated". He’s very straight forward and told me what to expect every step of the way. Going thru the process, he kept me informed of all options and what the risks were and there were never any empty promises. He also knows his own strengths and capabilities and is efficient in offering a personal referral when the services you need are not in his wheelhouse. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work harder for you.
