I really hit it off with the lawyer I initially met with and who processed all my information. Then they assigned me another lawyer. While he did the job and got it handled for me he never communicated with me. I had to constantly follow up with the firm. It was a stressful process but still they did the job but then again I paid for the service and it did not come cheaply yet this was for a bankruptcy handling.
