I’d rate 4.5/5 if possible. Leaving 4 would feel unfair — my feedback is meant to be constructive and grateful. Retaining Attorney Hardin was a no-brainer — you truly get what you pay for. My case ran 09/2022–03/2025 (final hearing 12/2024). The team is responsive, focused, and intentional. -0.5 for occasional last-minute document requests and wishing we’d added a few post-judgment protections.Overall, I walked away liberated, dignified, and grateful with sole custody and a fair settlement. I’d absolutely hire them again.

I’m not going to lie and say that giving a review at a time when your life is at its lowest point is easy. However, for my female friends who are going through this or men who are, I want to share that Victoria was incredibly kind to me. Victoria successfully helped me through a complicated and messy custody restructure, not once but twice. She is amazing, trustworthy, and responsive! I don’t wish it on anyone to need an attorney for custody matters but if you find yourself in that situation, I 100% recommend Victoria Hardin. These situations are an emotional rollercoaster, but she always gave me the blunt honest truth, and helped guide me through as best she could.
