I thought that the attorney, Timothy Edwards was knowledgeable and very competent but his paralegal was rude and snotty.

Mr. Edwards did not do what was stated in his pleadings nor did he follow through with some of what I was told. He asked the opposing side what they wished to do regarding a contempt charge that he was representing me on and came back to me suggesting we should do what the opposing side wants. In the end I felt that I was just another client with a matter that Mr. Edwards has handled over and over again...same song, different verse.

I had to contact the office to find out what was going on and when I did contact the office I was charged for it. Also, I provided the attorney all of the information and assured by the attorney that I would received certain things and have not received anything. The attorney stumbled over his words in court and seemed to favor the opposing attorney's client.
