Sean H. Joyner, partner in the Joyner Law Firm, has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 2003 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Sean is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of Northern Georgia, the Federal District Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the Joyner Law Firm, Sean served as the Assistant Solicitor General for the Clayton County Judicial Circuit. In addition to his law degree, he also holds a Bachelors of Integrative Studies with an emphasis in Law from Clayton College and State University. Sean is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Clayton County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Sean currently practices in the area of criminal defense as well as civil litigation and juvenile law.

There are a lot of attorneys out there. The one thing I discovered about Sean Joyner, is he is for his client. He will do whatever it takes to help you. He doesn't mind listening, when others just want the money and send you on your way. I would honestly say I'd recommend him over any attorney I have ever come across. He's for his client and Sean Joyner will stand up for you. He takes his time researching his cases. He returns phone calls even on Sundays. He's the best for standing FIRM.

I had a criminal case in 2006 and finally got the charges dropped due to lack of evidence in 2011. I had to contact Sean to check on getting merchandise returned. Numerous phone calls and messages went unanswered or unreturned. He stated that he was working on filing paperwork to get unreturned items back. I felt like he had his money and no longer cared about me or my case. The original agreement was for Sean to take the case from start to finish and I feel that he has been unreliable.
