Kirk is great at explaining complex issues in simple terms, is detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable on most subjects. For instance, he spent two hours walking us through line by line our insurance policy and in the process found that it didn’t actually cover us for what we thought it did. He was able to then communicate directly with our broker to fix the issues and ensure we didn’t have an illusory policy.
Although he is both well grounded in the law and is an excellent communicator, his greatest asset is his common sense approach to the practice of law. He is an outstanding attorney.
Mr. Day was truly a lifesaver for me and my family. He went above and beyond his duties even though I lived here in Virginia Beach, VA. My disabled son was in a comma from an accident and when he finally came to the police arrested him while he was in a nursing home in a wheel chair. I adopted my two grandchildren that were there in OKC and since then my son and his wife are back together and have a set of twins. Exceptional Lawyer
Didn’t respond to claims within our lawsuit. Didn’t do basic work he was paid to do. Always passed off work to someone else. Did not want to have a hearing or trial so pressured me into accepting ridiculous claims. Overall horrible attorney.
