Lawyer waisted my time, took a week to tell me that he would not take my case because he was afraid of the liability that it might entail. Total waste of time. Sent him all the information he requested but he took his time lookong at it. It didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, I had no confidence in his ability at all.
Like most attorney offices, I never heard back.... Seems no one wants to help me with my case. I don't expect that everyone is so busy that they can't help. I'm at the point of giving up. There doesn't seem to be any other choice.
I spoke with attorney McClanahan on 4/4/2023 in reference to my legal issues. During the consultation, Mr. McClanahan stated that this is something that he could not help me with and that he had never done any type of cases such as mine. I was a bit confused as to why this firm would accept my case for a consultation upon me providing my story and some of my evidence/documentation. I did not anticipate throwing away $335 if this was not in their scope, purview or perhaps a conflict of interest. An initial decline would have been appropriate. I requested a refund as I continue to seek and solidify legal representation for my case. They refused to refund. I felt like this was just a money grab.
