Hired Attorney Robert Simonian

He was very thorough, honest, and fair. We were in court for 5 minutes and the stress I felt for 3 years was gone. Robert is a well respected lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Simonian made us feel relaxed about the bankruptcy. Obviously no one wants to be in this situation. It was fast and easy. He completely knew what he was doing. When we went to court, we watched other lawyers fumble.

Hired Attorney Robert Simonian

I would recommend Robert as a bankruptcy lawyer. My court date was really quick and I didn't have to come back again like some of the other people there because he was overly prepared. He has an great attitude and work ethic. I laughed when I saw 2 other lawyers go up to him and ask his advice on their cases and I wondered why they were even there if they didn't know the answers. I was a little nervous at first but left there feeling so confident and relieved.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
