From our very first meeting with Gary Hicks he has been very responsive to all our needs. Gary Hicks and his staff are very knowledgeable and supportive over the years we have been clients. We are very grateful and thankful for them and highly recommend this law firm.
Great experience setting up our trust! Quickly answered any and all questions. Made the entire process painless, efficient, and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up a trust.
Mr. Hicks was wonderful to work with. This law firm is so knowledgeable when it comes to estate planning. Mr. Hicks helped us ask the right questions and gave us ample time to make decisions that worked for our circumstances. I highly recommend this law firm for your estate planning. You will be very pleased with the documents they prepare for you and have peace of mind once it is completed.
Exceptional job performance in elder law case.
does not return phone calls, is very hard to reach once he has given the basic services
does a very good initial preparation of trust and personal documents. Does not respond afterward. We have errors in our trust, and cannot get them corrected. We'll have to hire another attorney to correct the mistakes. very unsetting to have to hire another attorney to correct Cumpton's mistake.
I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone. The whole process starts with a big sales pitch—they reel you in by gathering you in a room with maybe 30 or 40 others and pitching why you should have a trust. But after that, you never deal with the main attorney. We had three conference calls with the junior attorney, who listened to my parents’ wishes, but in the end, it felt like the attorney and my sister got what they wanted, not my parents. We know what it's like to have a trust attorney who actually takes care of you because my wife and I set up our own trust with another attorney, and everything went smoothly. We also went through probate with my father-in-law. Thanks to this experience and the stark contrast, we’re now writing a book on trust, probate, and betrayal.
