Quick service and simple.
I sought counsel to prevent the kidnapping of my child to another country just over a year ago. A coworker had recommended Justin, I contacted him. His initial impression and communication was outstanding, but the end result favored the opposing counsel and parent. Justin agreed to refund my retainer fee and instead kept and added to it. More recently I found Justin to be misleading and unresponsive to my contact on the same matter.
Doesn't show up on the date you plead guilty/not guilty etc.. Sends a lacky instead who's main goal in life is to try to convince you into taking a crappy plea bargain. Day of court convinced me into taking a slightly less crappy plea bargain. When I first talked to him after explaining what happened said he thought I had a good chance of winning. Communication outside of court was the bare minimum that could be provided.
Mr Hunter Whetstone is good when it comes down to talking over the phone but does not seem to have much confidence when it comes down to court cases or getting his clints a bond when asked to file for a bond motion you have to do so several times in which cases nothing seems to still ever get done for what its worth you'd probably be better off sticking with a court appt lawyer at least when you want a bond motion they file for it at this point I think any one would be better them him......
