Hired Law Firm
Ben handled my son's day in court with easy and professionalism. He was clear in what he needed from us to make it go as smoothly as possible. We had a good outcome due to Ben's problem solving ability and ability to work with the prosecutor. We are thankful for his help in this matter.
Caleb is extremely well educated, very persuasive, and excellent in finding ways to use the law to your benefit. My case was very difficult; my only hope was to get the charge reduced to something I could live with. Instead Caleb's arguments to the judge, with a prosecutor who was out for blood, resulted in a "not guilty." I don't think I'll ever hear words that will make be happier and which relieved the emotional burden that had been weighing on my family and me for almost five months. Thanks!
Caleb recently represented my husband that had quite a bit of charges that could get him alot of time. Caleb got him the best outcome possible and that was the amount of time my husband was ok with getting. If it wasn't for Caleb my children wouldn't have their father for a long time. My husband also had another case with a court appointmented attorney and Caleb also helped in that case as well and worked along side him. I believe if it wasn't for Caleb speaking on that case he would have gotten time for that charge. I'm thankful for the care that Caleb has for others. He did not have to speak on the other case because he wasn't paid for that case. That showed me that Caleb does care about others and their future. I highly recommend, he will definitely work for you. If I ever need to hire an attorney again. I'm calling Caleb. His staff is also the greatest.
He is by far the worst lawyer I have come across to the point where the human resources wanted to assign me a different lawyer and gave me half my money back. He will tell you one thing then get worried before court because his main goal is to get you a good deal he doesn’t focus on beating the case. He is a former attorney that represents police so he tried not to fight the cases against his former clients. He would rather work with the commonwealth. Spend your money elsewhere.
William Mann was unprepared when he came to my trial. He didn’t call me to get a full run down of the case and when he got to the court house I thought he had a for sure strategy but he needed me to go over my case at least 10 times so he could remember . I thought we were going to go for a continuance to give us mor time to prepare being as though I hired him two weeks before my hearing . I seen all these great reviews but I should of known better when all the reviews were mostly people who had traffic court and other miscellaneous offenses. I felt like I had an expensive court appointed lawyer who was scared to face the female prosecutor who seemed to be thorough. I had to take a plea because he wasn’t confident in the case and I wasn’t confident in him . I am highly disappointed and no matter what , my witness was ready to go and there were so many holes in the plaintiff story and the case itself as well as the police story to where I feel we could have won in court but I was tired
Caleb Kershner.. not effective counsel if you need an attorney as green card holder or under any other immigration status (don’t judge as nobody is perfect and we all mistakes in life). Dude, literally told me I would be fine pleading guilty to a lower charge with a sentence he said would not bring me trouble down the road.. so I did as he told me.. Few years later his ineffective counsel almost got me shipped back to a war zone (again, don’t judge I’m sure you are not perfect). I tried to get the conviction vacated through a habeas and instead of admitting his ineffectiveness this man completely goes against me allowing the prosecution to dismiss my claim. LIAR.
Never returns phone calls. Has no knowledge of the law. Little regard to his client's - doesn't even have the decency to familiarize himself with case notes or the discovery before recommending a guilty plea. Stay away!! You're better off representing yourself.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
