unfortunately i don;t have good things to say about Virginia Haizlip who is unprofessional, dishonest to her core, she will lie on your face and switch stories and there is nothing you can do as she is an attorney, very arrogant and scheming personality i would not recommend this attorney my family suffered a great loss due to her and no one helped us as she bribed everyone its sad to see such kind of people exist in legal system. i had found her on Avvo later to find out these attorneys write their own good reviews in Avvo and pay them to market their business and the bad reviews are removed both by google and Avvo this way people can only see their good reviews and not the bad ones

Hired Attorney Stephen C. Price

Price has one foot out the door to retirement and needs to step out with the other, officially. I have worked with many attorneys over the years and never had an experience quite like his representation - in the worst of ways. Unresponsive, sloppy and careless work product, will double bill you for re-reviewing facts again and again because he can't remember what your matter is about, requires substantial oversight to assure he is doing what you asked (including following up with the other side)

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
