Brendan was successfully able to reduce a DWI to a much less serious reckless driving. He was able to find weaknesses in the state's case and used his skill to negotiate the charges down. Throughout the ordeal, he counseled me and kept me informed. There were not any surprises, and I would hire him again in an instant.
On advice of my divorce attorney, I hired Brendan for a very complex set of criminal (13 felonies and misdemeanors)and civil matters (3 protective orders) that were simultaneously processing in 6 different courts in 2 different counties. Brendan was very capable in handling such a convoluted situation, and was comfortable in considering non-traditional avenues of action, including a computer forensics expert. Had my first ever (and hopefully ONLY) run in with the law on what could have been a very bad deal for me. Was looking at a Felony charge for something I did by mistake!! Attorney Harold was patient in explaining everything to me (again, never had anything like this happen before) and walked me through the entire process until I felt comfortable. On my hearing date, he spoke to the Prosecutor and Arresting Officer on my behalf and got the charges dropped. Weight off my shoulders. Definitely recommend.
