Russell & Hill, PLLC is a law firm established in 2005 with an office in Everett, WA. At this office location, there are 8 lawyers practicing personal injury, bad faith insurance, bicycle accident and 45 other areas of law.
I don't feel that they made me a priority or kept me very informed as to the status of my case...especially the disability appeal. I feel they did very little for the amount of money they collected.
I could start with my personal opinion and say he was arrogant and thought he was better than I, but the facts speak for themselves. Matt's professionalism was poor, he missed my first two court dates without prior notification so I looked stupid in front of the judge. Matt's seemed to only want to plead out, I ended up with a neg 1 on my driving record because he could not defend a .035 BAC on a DUI charge. Some great negotiation skill.
This is my opinion of Russell and Hill after they filed a new claim for my adult son's disability. This was after I fought for him in Court for ten years to get his disability under or original claim. During the course of that claim he had three or four different attorneys assigned to his case. I tried to talk with them, but they knew what they were doing, none really ask me anything about him. The last one I talked to disrespected me by saying my god sarcastically under his breath, because he did not want to waste his valuable time talking to me about my son. My son suffers from MD, for which there is no treatment, degenerative disc disease, congestive heart failure which requires 10 different medications or he dies, early stage diabetes and sleep apnea. His MD causes muscle weakness which gets worse with use. It also causes pain as well, as does his back issue. He cannot hold a job due to his Residual Functional Test (Limited by letters.
