Hired Law Firm
They were expensive but I didn't have to put any money up front. which was good since I had already spent 15k on 3 attorneys for my daughter. Would not have been able to get my disability without an attorney.

Hired Law Firm
In my opinion, they did not give me the help and information I needed to understand what I would need to win my case. They never met with me in person except for the 2 ALJ hearings I had and then I only spoke with a lawyer face to face for about 20 minutes before the hearing started. I was not properly instructed on what types of things I should do to strengthen my case. I was really disappointed with their lack of guidance through the social security disability process.
I used your law firm for a specific reason and I was undeniably disappointed! The countless and endless nights wondering if anything is going to happen with my VA benefits.Later on after finding out, for almost a year I was “Lied” too! Every time I called, they were short and wouldn’t explain details pertaining to my disability appeals. Plus, Robert’s assistant Attorney calls from a Random Generated Number from Google. This Lawfirm sends “Blank” NOD’s, and won’t even tell you. Do not Hire Them!!!
I hired this law firm for a Social Security Disability Claim. They took my case and when it came time for my hearing they stopped representing me shortly before the hearing. I talked to one of the lawyers at the firm at length and he was arrogant, rude, and condescending to me. I ended up going to the hearing myself and won the case on the spot, the judge did not even make me wait for a decision so that I would not have a delay in my benefits.
received call. call was drop and someone left this phone number to call again. two different number 452 area code. thank you but no thanks.

Horrible horrible horrible. I chose an attorney so that I would not run into any problems with Social Security. Now 9 years later Social Security wants $8, 000 back. I paid Friedman good money just so something like this wouldn't happen. Worse yet, have not been able to reach him for help now. He must be out if business

Hired Law Firm
Had trouble getting ahold of them, they took a long time to respond to messages. They sat on my case for a year and did nothing for me or the case. They dropped me 2 months before court date cause they thought they would lose and didn't want to tarnish they're win/loss record. I never actually met them in person cause they only work over the phone. I did find a real attorney after them and won my case.
Just STAY AWAY!! I never talked to an "actual" attorney until the week of my hearing. The person who was supposed to be my representation gave up before we got in the room. I wish I had shopped around more before making a poor choice of representation that cost me 2+ years of benefits.

First they never responded to my email. Then after I reached them on the phone they were very un-helpful and unwilling to help.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
