I worked with Keith Semple, he was amazing. I never had to go there in person. He handled everything over the phone and by the mail. He always touched base with me on a regular basis to keep me updated on how the case was going, and didn't proceed until I was ready to. And when I couldn't get a hold of Keith, There was always someone with a friendly voice willing to help if they could. By far the best experience with an attorney that I have ever had.
I don't know about as an attorney, but as an arbitrator, I would not recommend. I would only recommend if you are NOT a women or BIPOC.
I began my case for assistance with this firm over a year ago. They did very little to help me with my case, insisted I wasn't going to win even though they didn't offer any help to get more documentation, and then told me my case was about to go to hearing only to turn around, withdraw my representation and tell me it had never been set at all, which is clearly a boldfaced lie. If you are hearing impaired and want help, do not go to these lawyers. They'll give you the run around, up your hopes,
