Shapiro & Sternlieb, LLC is a law firm with an office in Englishtown, NJ. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing plaintiffs personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, slip and fall and 34 other areas of law.
I needed to hire an attorney ASAP and my friend recommended Shapiro & Sternlieb., My son had a legal matter, that was extremely upsetting to us. We needed professional help ASAP. Mr. Shapiro returned my call within one hour. He understood our issue, and meet us that night in his office. Mr. Sternlieb was also there, and both attorneys explained what was going to happen, and how they would help my son. My son's case was dismissed, we owe everything to these professional attorneys.
Mr. Shapiro is brilliant, very well spoken. His staff is wonderful very caring and understanding. Tough and extremely cleaver. One way to duscrive Mr.Shapiro is also strategic !! Office staff very friendly and knowledgeable .

Called to see what their procedure was for consultations for child abuse cases. The receptionist said she needed some info. I told her I was hesitant to relive anything unnecessarily as it had the potential to retraumatize me. She said it would be necessary ano insisted. I told her all the details and she said someone would get back to me in a couple of days. It's now been 2 months!!! 2 months!! I would have accepted any answer, a referral an explanation but the blatant disregard after I shared highly personal and painful info is completely disgusting and disrespectful. Shame on you! Nobody could at least call me to tell me where else to look? Disgusting human beings. I guess my pain didn't seem like it was cash worthy enough to you. Any response would have been acceptable. To be so unprofessional as to not write, call or respond at all is as gross as it gets.
