Oldman, Cooley, Sallus, Birnberg, Coleman & Gold, LLP is a law firm established in 1977 with an office in Encino, CA. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing conservatorship, guardianship, estate planning and 7 other areas of law.
I would never recommend Marshall Oldman or his firm to anyone needing trust litigation. My case was mishandled from start to finish. Most of the work was passed off to his associate, whose written discovery responses on my behalf contained serious errors. Those mistakes combined with poor communication and expensive billing left me with more stress and costs instead of peace of mind. I ultimately had to hire new counsel just to repair the damage and get my case back on track. Based on my experience, this firm just does not offer competent representation.
As a former client I urge you to NOT hire this firm. My cases were handled negligently, I was lied to, and they intentionally dragged out the cases to increase their billings. I can keep going. All of it bad for me and good for them. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. DO NOT THINK MARSHAL OLDMAN CARES ABOUT YOU. HE CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY. RUN!!!!!!! TRUST ME. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR THIS FIRM.
Sarah unbonded 125k of my inheritance money I guess so it would not be traceable and when I asked for my 10% she told my trustee's office manager I have to wait until 2024 or 2025 I guess the law firm is taking the rest of my inheritance. I guess Sarah is attempting to bait me into filing a motion in Superior Court so that she can show me how tough she is...ok worst lawyer. Not to mention the this office's unprofessionalism the latin lady and the European lady with the over the top accent horrendous service . These Receptionist in office rude and unprofessional I have not ever met them in person but obviously I was talked about or my case was talked about in front of them that they felt comfortable enough to displayed this poor Behavior towards me. They felt the need to express their dislike to me as if they matter. Horrific customer experience do not recommend
BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM. AFTER RECEIVING HORRIBLE ADVICE, THEN QUITTING MY CASE, I RESOLVED THE CASE WITH ANOTHER FIRM FOR A SUBSTANTIALLY LESS AMOUNT. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS FIRM REALLY CARES FOR THEIR CLIENTS INTEREST, I FELT THEIR MAIN CONCERN WAS TO RESOLVE THE CASE QUICKLY, AT ANY COST FOR THEIR CLIENT. APPARENTLY, I WAS GIVEN THE LEAST INFORM ATTORNEY IN THE FIRM, IF I WANTED A GOOD ATTORNEY, I WAS QUOTED $750 PER HOUR TO UPGRADE. BE CAREFUL USING ATTORNEY JUSTIN GOLD
He did not show up for my deposition or my arbitration and I lost a lot of my money (in the settlement). He sent and attorney, she didn't even know my name and I did not know her at all. Never met her. And I paid $700 per hour just to get the shaft. Thank You, Marshal Oldham.
